Our Norwegian music librarian colleagues have again compiled an audio advent calendar for you. Read all about it here:-
"From
the 1st of December and every day until Christmas Day, we will
present a vintage recording, with its original historical noises for an
authentic “good old times” feeling. In this year’s edition of the calendar we
follow Arne Dorumsgaard vision for the collection and presents Edvard Grieg's
music in historical recordings, not necessarily Christmas music… However, we are
including a link to the previous year's calendar entries, so you can enjoy music
for Christmas as well.

sound clip(s) and text will be published every day on our
website, and you
can also listen to the last two year’s music!
"If you wish,
you can also sign up as ‘attending’ on the Facebook
event (and we’ll use your
facebook email).
