IPA Source trial at RSAMD

Staff and students of the Vocal Studies Department and Opera School at RSAMD will be enraptured to learn that we have a month's trial of this valuable resource, starting today. (This is institutional access, based on the RSAMD computer IP range. It will not work from outside the building.) IPA = International Phonetic Alphabet. Robert Minter Collection

Watch this space. Trevor Herbert, Open University lecturer and author, has recently completed a catalogue of the Robert Minter Music Research Archive, a collection of over 1000 facsimiles of MSS of 17th-, 18th- and 19th-century music featuring the trumpet. The catalogue is to be hosted on the internet by the Open University, and access details are shortly to be announced.
