Coordinated by the UK Council on Deafness, Deaf Awareness Week is intended to highlight the issue of hearing loss.
If you're a musician with (currently) perfect hearing, this matters to you! Protect your ears or be warned. Hearing loss affects librarians, trombonists and factory workers alike - but if you frequent noisy environments, you're more at risk.
